What you'll build

Calendar and booking
Your agenda, plus a booking page that spins up Zoom meetings and sends the invites for you.
Contacts and pipeline
A CRM for your people and your deals. Move work through stages and log every call, email, and note.
Invoices and finances
Income by project, what is outstanding, what is overdue. Your numbers without a spreadsheet.
Banking and expenses
Drop in a bank statement PDF. It sorts and matches the transactions, receipts included.
Tasks board
A kanban of everything on your plate. Drag a card to change its status.
Phone log
Calls and texts across your lines in one place, with a list of who to call back.
Matters and files
Every file, job, or project with its status, its client, and its key dates.
An assistant that runs it
Ask in plain English. It reads your data and does the busywork for you.
Plus site analytics, uptime and error monitoring, and a linked notes vault. The pattern is the point. Once you have it, you add the next module yourself.
